Release Notes - May/June 2026

Improvements:

Clearer messaging and warning of consequences when removing a user from the learning space: 

• We have renamed the menu option "Remove from learning space" to "Permanently delete user". 
• The options for "Disable account" and "Permanently delete user" have been grouped together and now appear at the bottom of the menu.
• A red "warning" style confirmation popup explicitly informs the administrator that all user data is erased and cannot be undone. 
• An information box is also displayed with a recommendation to disable the user instead

• This change is to emphasise the seriousness of this action.

  

Improved report synchronisation for SCORM modules that are already marked as PASSED: 

• Previously, when a learner spent additional time reviewing a SCORM module that had already been marked as PASSED, the “Total time spent” shown in the Detailed Course Report could take several minutes to synchronise with the data logged in SCORM Cloud. 
• This synchronisation is now performed immediately upon exiting the SCORM module.

General Maintenance:

Additional performance enhancements, security improvements, backend updates and minor bug fixes were released throughout May and June.
