New Features:

Bulk Document Download

Administrators can now bulk download all uploaded course files directly from the Course Insights page. This enhancement simplifies compliance and record management, making it easier to collect and store learning-related documentation.

• Available to administrators by default.
• Can be enabled for other user roles if required.
   

Improvements:

New “Category” Field in Enrolment Reports

You can now include the Course Category field in your enrolment reports.

• Appears after “Completion Date.”
• Selected by default when generating new reports.
• Makes filtering and grouping by course category faster and more intuitive.
   

Clickable Group Names in User Profiles

Group names in user profiles are now clickable, allowing administrators to quickly jump to the corresponding Group Page — improving navigation and workflow efficiency.
 

Enhanced Course Restart Experience

We’ve added clearer messaging and a confirmation step when learners click “Restart Course.”

• Learners now see a warning and must confirm before resetting progress.
• Reduces accidental resets and supports better compliance tracking.

Additional performance enhancements and minor bug fixes were released throughout August and September.
