Release Notes - July/August 2026

Improvements:

Improved logging of SCORM module activity: 

We have improved the activity log to help track actions taken by both learners and users with course module access.   

• Actions by learners
  • The Activity Log now records when a user starts or completes an individual SCORM module

• Actions by users with course module access
  • Manual status updates to a SCORM module from within the Enrolment Insights page are now written to the Activity Log. 
  • This includes manually setting a SCORM module to Passed, to Failed, and resetting the SCORM module progress.

NOTE: Since SCORM modules are hosted on SCORM Cloud, the timestamp of when a SCORM module is updated only occurs when the learner exits the SCORM course. As a result, you may see multiple simultaneous logs of a course enrolments and SCORM modules changing their status. For example, if a course contains a SCORM module as the very first module in the course, you will see simultaneous logs of the enrolment updating from Yet to start to In progress, and the SCORM module updating progress updating as well. 

General Maintenance:

Additional performance enhancements, security improvements, backend updates and minor bug fixes were released throughout July and August.
