The Culture and Engagement assessment is a pre-designed, evidence based survey built upon the Compono Culture, Engagement & Performance Model. The assessment is designed to give you insights about employee perceptions of:
- Organisational culture: The current culture and desired culture
- Employee Engagement: Company performance and workplace atmosphere.
Using a pre-designed survey standardises the assessment process and removes bias and subjectivity. Employees can also share their thoughts in free text to help you contextualise their views and align your culture with business objectives.

Examine organisational culture and employee engagement together!
The Culture and Engagement survey facilitates a simultaneous examination of both organisational culture and employee engagement. This integrated approach is crucial, as it is widely accepted that culture is the principal driver of engagement. The established culture directly influences whether employee engagement is positive or negative.
A significant number of organisations continue to evaluate engagement in isolation from culture, often relying on "pulse surveys." This method is only capable of identifying issues related to employees' sentiments about their roles and the workplace. It fails to pinpoint the deeper, systemic causes of discontent.
By analysing engagement and culture concurrently, one can identify not only the symptoms but also the root causes, thereby enabling the implementation of appropriate changes to enhance the workplace. Cultivating a culture that fosters positive engagement leads employees to commit greater time and energy to their work. This, in turn, strengthens loyalty, results in higher customer satisfaction, and ultimately drives superior business performance.
