The Compono Engage Campaign

A Compono Engage campaign allows you to produce a Culture and Engagement survey to send to respondents. The survey must be completed within a specified time period. The survey contains 4 parts:

• Organisation culture (current): Measures the current culture and consists of 12 questions.
• Organisation culture (desired): Measures the desired culture and consists of 12 questions.
• How are we doing?: Measures employee engagement and consists of 9 questions. 
• Your Feedback: An opportunity for employees to provide qualitative feedback if they like.

What do the survey respondents see?

Respondents will receive an email invitation to complete a survey online. The sender of the email will appear to be the name of the campaign sponsor (see step 5 in How to create a campaign).

For any employee invited to complete the survey, the survey will appear on the “Surveys” page in the “Surveys to complete” tab as shown in the below image. 

• Each survey has a closing date by which the survey must be completed and submitted. 
• If a survey is not completed by its due date, it moves to the “Past surveys” tab and can no longer be worked on.
