The Hiring Dashboard helps you to identify bottlenecks in the hiring process, and also helps you manage activities that have been assigned to candidates across all jobs. The dashboard has the following key elements:
To view the Hiring Dashboard, go to your Jobs page under Hire and ensure that the job status filter is set to Open jobs. The dashboard is displayed at the top of the page, showing all open jobs from all teams and all managers by default.
The Hiring Pipeline
The hiring pipeline displays the total number of candidates within each of the hiring stages for all jobs you have access to. This helps you to identify bottlenecks and take appropriate action to ensure candidates are progressing smoothly through the recruitment process.
The dashboard can be further filtered by both Hiring Team and Recruitment manager if you wish to track the progress for a specific group or individual. Simply use the dropdown filters above the dashboard.
Click on the Candidate name to go straight to their candidate profile.
Click on the Job to go straight to that job's candidate list pre-filtered by stage.
Activity management
Tagging candidates with "Activity" tags helps you keep track of recruitment related tasks. The hiring dashboard provides you with an Activities list to help manage these activity tags across all jobs.
Simply switch ON the "Show activities" toggle to enable the Activities list if it not already visible in the dashboard.
Once tags are assigned to candidates, they appear in the activity list to remind you to action.
"Favourites" are also displayed in this list you so you can quickly navigate to those top candidates.
Click on an Activity name to view all the candidates with the activity assigned (see image below). This allows you to efficiently navigate to the candidate or job you are working on.
Click on the Candidate name to go straight to their candidate profile.
Click on the Job to go straight to that job's candidate list pre-filtered by activity.
Click the cog icon to configure activities you want to see and the order that they appear in (see image below).
