We're excited to announce an update to Engage culture results. We've added automated sentiment analysis!
This feature, powered by Compono Assist, allows you to identify the overall sentiment—positive, negative, or neutral—of all the employee feedback at a glance.
What’s new:
- Automated topic & sentiment tagging - From now on, as feedback comes in, our system will automatically read each comment, identify the key topics being discussed (like "Leadership Communication" or "Employee Benefits"), and assign a sentiment to that specific topic.
Colour coded feedback tags - You will now see these topics displayed as colour-coded tags directly under each piece of feedback:
- Green: Indicates a positive mention.
- Red: Indicates a negative mention.
- Yellow: Indicates a neutral mention.
This allows you to see, at a glance, the specific feelings associated with different parts of an employee's comment.
- Sentiment distribution bar - To give you the big picture, we're also rolling up all these individual mentions into a new sentiment distribution bar at the top of the Feedback page. This bar adds up every positive, negative, and neutral topic mention from your entire campaign, giving you an instant overview of the overall sentiment across all feedback.
