This update is designed to make your recruitment workflow faster, easier, and more intuitive. We've streamlined the process to put all the critical candidate data you need right at your fingertips, reducing clicks and helping you make informed decisions quicker than ever before.
Here’s a look at what’s new:
1. A Simplified, Single-Page Layout
Say goodbye to constantly clicking between tabs. We've moved essential information - like matching scores, preferences, and documents - out from behind menus.
- Single-Page Visibility: Scroll down to see all key data readily available.
- Optimised for Sharing: The cleaner layout makes it easier to export and print candidate applications for sharing with your team.
- Quick Actions Panel: Take instant action with the buttons in the top-right: Move a candidate to the next stage, invite a talent pool candidate, assign a tag, or create a note without leaving the page.
2. Integrated Candidate Navigation
Manage your entire filtered list from a single screen and stop clicking back and forth!
- Left-Hand Filtered List: After applying filters on the main candidate page, the matching candidates appear in a new list on the left with the selected filters displayed at the top of the list.
- Instant Load: Click a name on the left, and their details instantly load in the main window.
- Seamless Cycling: Use the "Next" and "Prev" buttons at the bottom of the list to cycle through your pages of candidates.
3. All Key Application Information in One Place
The new view provides a comprehensive, at-a-glance record of a candidate’s profile and suitability for the role.
- Matching Scores: Get an immediate pulse on suitability with the overall rank, percentage matches for fit requirements, and Yes/No indicators for location and salary alignment.
- AI-Powered CV Summary: Read a concise, AI-generated overview of the candidate’s CV. (Click the CV tab to see the original document).
- Detailed Preferences: Easily review employment and location preferences, including their work authorisation status.
- Documents and Links: Direct access to all submitted documents and professional links.
- Skills & Work Areas: See matches for required skills (including years of experience) and work areas.
- Qualifications & Certifications: Check for qualification matches and review all listed degrees and certifications.
- Organisation Fit: Go beyond standard assessments to understand the candidate's Work Personality, Culture Fit, and Job Fit preferences compared to your requirements.
4. Consolidated Management Tabs
Candidate management tools such as notes, interview scheduling, messages and the candidate's application history are now quickly accessible from a tabbed menu that remains frozen at the top of the candidate application view.
