Changing your email address or password

To change the email address associated with your Clui account, you need to contact your learning space administrator. To do this

1. Identify the URL that you use to access your Clui course (the address in your web browser)
2. Replace the URL with the complete address up to the .com, and then add /contact-support
3. Complete the form and submit your support request via this page

For example, if you access Clui at my.learningspace.clui.com then your support page URL is my.learningspace.clui.com/contact-support

You can change the password you use to log in to your Clui account at any time. Follow these steps:

1. Click My Profile in the navigation menu.
2. In the User Info section (on the PROFILE tab), hover over your password and click the pen (edit) icon that appears. 
3. Update your password as required and click Save. If you cannot remember your current password, log out and follow the steps to reset your password.

Your password is updated.
