If you are having issues progressing through your course, and have not been able to find a solution on either of these pages:
- Troubleshooting issues when trying to complete a course
- Resolving "MissingKey Pair ID" or "Content Authorization Failed" errors
you will need to contact your organisation's support team. To do this
- Identify the URL that you use to access your Clui course (the address in your web browser)
- Replace the URL with the complete address up to the .com, and then add /contact-support
- Complete the form and submit your support request via this page
For example, if you access Clui at my.learningspace.clui.com then your support page URL is my.learningspace.clui.com/contact-support
