To change the email address associated with your Clui account, contact your learning space's administrator. If you're unsure who to contact, send a support enquiry from the Support page (click Support in the header menu).
You can change the password you use to log in to your Clui account at any time. Follow these steps:
- Click My Profile in the header menu.
- In the User Info section (on the PROFILE tab), hover over your password and click the pen (edit) icon that appears.
- Update your password as required and click Save. If you cannot remember your current password, log out and follow the steps to reset your password.
Your password is updated.
