If you've been invited to Clui or you've signed up for an account but haven't received your invitation or verification email, we recommend you check your email's junk, trash, spam and promotion folders and mark emails from Clui as trusted to avoid missing emails from us in future.
If, after checking these folders, you still can't locate any emails from Clui:
- Contact your organisation's IT team to ensure your email security settings are not preventing SendGrid from spoofing your organisation's email domain. Read this article for more information.
- Ask your Clui administrator to check your email address as it may have been entered incorrectly and need changing.
- Refer your Clui administrator to his support page: Assisting users who haven't received their Clui verification or invitation email
