The Home page in Clui is a dashboard designed to inform you of your training progress. On this page, you can view your progress at a glance and complete any actions that are assigned to you.
Note: If you have administrator permissions, the default tab of the Home page is MY GROUPS. For information about this tab, see 'Reviewing your learners' training progress'. Otherwise, the default tab is MY TRAINING.
The MY TRAINING tab consists of three sections:
- My progress
- My tasks
- My approvals and assessments (if you have been selected as and approver or assessor)
To access the Home page (also know as 'My Training'), click Home in the header menu.
My progress
The 'My progress' section displays your progress against the courses assigned to you.
The PASSED percentage meter displays the percentage of courses you've passed. It does not include partial course completions.
The list of courses are courses you're enrolled in but haven't successfully completed. For each course, you can see your enrolment status along with the amount of time you have left to complete the course (if a time limit has been set). The possible enrolment statuses are:
- Yet to Start - Assigned courses you haven't started.
- In Progress - Assigned courses you've started but not completed.
- Failed - Assigned courses you've completed but not passed.
Courses you have passed do not appear in the list and are instead represented in the PASSED percentage meter.
If you have been assigned a mandatory course, the My Progress dashboard is split to display all courses, mandatory courses, and optional courses.
My tasks
The 'My tasks' section displays your pending actions or notifications. An example is when you have received approval feedback for a course along with a link for you to resume the course.
My approvals and assessments
The 'My approvals and assessments' section is only applicable if you have been selected to approve or assess another learner's course progress.
In this case, whenever a learner completes the module, it is assigned to you to confirm and displayed here.
