Billing security policies

For your account’s security, our policies around billing information are strict. Only those with 'learning space permissions' selected in their learning space access level can view and make changes to your account information.

To maintain PCI compliance, we cannot learn or save your credit or debit card details. This also means we cannot take that information from you by email or over the phone.

If you have the necessary permissions in your learning space access level, you can access your account’s billing profile and make updates in your learning space settings. For more information, see 'Updating your payment card details'.

Note: If you can't access your learning space settings or aren’t sure who is the owner of your learning space, let us know.

Accepted payment terms 

You can pay for your account with automatic credit or debit card payment either monthly or annually using all major credit or debit cards.

Subscription plans

Clui has the following subscription models.

• Basic - $249/month, 50 active users/month, $5 per additional user
• Standard - $799/month, 200 active users/month, $4 per additional user
• Professional - $1899/month, 500 active users/month, $3 per additional user
