Viewing enrolment information for courses

The Course Insight page is available for each course and displays enrolment information specific to the course as well as a range of actions including Edit Course, View Course Page, Assign Course, and Download Certificates.

This information includes a snapshot of the number of learners who have passed, started but not finished (in progress), failed, and are yet to start the course as well as details of each individual who is enrolled in the course.

You can also see details such as when the course was published, author details, and the price (if applicable).

To access the Course Insight page for a course:

1. Locate the course you want to see the Course Insight page for on the ALL COURSES tab of the Courses page.
2. Hover over the course and click the Course Insight icon that appears.

To view all enrolments, scroll down to the Who's Signed Up section. You can filter by status using the status buttons above the enrolments table, or use the search box to find specific users.

To download a .csv file of the enrolments for the course, click the export button.
