To optimise the experience of you and your learners when using Clui, please refer to the following sections for settings and environment recommendations:
Internet browser
When using Clui, we recommend you use an up-to-date internet browser such as Microsoft Edge, Firefox, Chrome or Safari.
Note: Internet Explorer is not supported. You can find more information about the latest browsers here: browsehappy.com.
Internet connection
In addition to a suitable browser, Clui requires a stable internet connection.
Device type
Clui can be accessed on internet-enabled devices via website browsers. While Clui is designed to function on mobile devices, we can't guarantee the same for all course content. If possible, or in the case that a course does not function well on a mobile device, we encourage you and your learners to use a computer or laptop.
Web technologies
Clui requires web technologies such as Javascript to function correctly. We recommend you ensure they're installed and allowed. Flash is no longer supported by Adobe, and therefore should be disabled from your browser.
For optimal performance, Clui recommends that cookies are enabled when designing and viewing courses on Clui. Clui does not support use-cases where cookies are disabled.
Network settings
Clui integrates with several third party platforms. If you're having trouble and are on a company network, please check that the following sites are allowed with your IT team:

- stripe.com
- sendgrid.com
