To complete your Compono work personality assessment, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Compono account.
- From the Engage menu on the left side navigation bar, go to the Surveys page
- In the Understand the 'Work you' window on the far right, click on Start
- Complete the assessment
You will be shown your work personality at the end of the survey. Click on "Learn More" to get further insights into your own preferred work type, such as
- Major Characteristics,
- Dominant Work Preferences, and
- Potential Blind-Spots
