How do I complete my Compono Engage surveys?

So your organisation has rolled out Compono Engage, and you've been asked to complete

1. A Culture and Engagement survey, and 
2. A Work Personality assessment

This article provides step-by-step instructions to help you complete both these action items.

1. Log in to Compono.

Check you email and accept your Compono invitation to create your account (if you have not already)

• The subject line is: "You've been invited to [Company Name] on Compono"
• The email address of the sender is: noreply@compono.com
• You might need to check your SPAM folder 

If you have already accepted the invitation, simply log into Compono at app.compono.com

2. Complete the Culture Survey and Work Personality Assessment

Once you have logged in to Compono:

1. Go to your Engage->Surveys page
2. Complete all 4 of the Culture surveys before the expiry date
   • You must complete all 4 surveys for your responses to register
3. Complete your work personality assessment 
   • You will receive immediate feedback about your work personality after completing the assessment
