How do I invite a Compono talent pool candidate to apply?

You may choose to invite a Compono Talent Pool candidate to apply for your job.

1. On the row of the Compono candidate, click on "Invite" from the Action button (3 vertical dots)
2. The candidate's stage will update from "Talent Pool" to "Invited"
3. The candidate will receive an email inviting them to apply for your job.

If the Compono Talent Pool candidate applies for your job, their personal details will be made visible to you and their stage will update to "Applied". If they do nothing, they will remain as "Compono candidate" and in the stage "invited".
