When setting the selection criteria for your job, work areas are important
You might be wondering what a "Work area" is in Compono Hire. You might be familiar with "Industry", but is a work area the same thing?
While industry focuses on the space your company operates in, work areas focus on the individual and the job experience specifically.
For example, your business might be a law firm focusing on family law, however, you are hiring for a Personal Assistant. In this example, you wouldn't select the work area of "Family Law", but instead you would select the work area of "Personal Assistant | Executive Assistant | Secretarial" under "Office Administration, Reception and Support".
This is because you're not looking for someone who is a lawyer but a Personal Assistant. You might want to add "Legal experience" as a skill, but ultimately, you are looking for someone who has worked as a Personal Assistant specifically.
