Depending on your Clui access levels, the Home page in Clui is a space where you can see your own course progress (on the MY TRAINING tab) and, if applicable, the progress of your learners (on the MY GROUPS tab).
Note: For information about using the Home page to view your own training progress, see 'Reviewing your training progress'.
The MY GROUPS tab consists of four sections:
- Course progress
- Group approvals and assessments (if you have approvals or assessments to perform)
- User engagement (Last 4 weeks)
- Progress by course category
To access the Home page, click Home in the header menu.
Course progress
The 'Course progress' section shows the progress of your learners against the courses which have been assigned to them including any mandatory and optional training, if relevant.
You can view progress by users or groups. To change the view, click the drop-down arrow and select 'User' or 'Group' accordingly.
The PASSED percentage meter displays the percentage of courses that have been passed by your learners or groups. It does not include partial course completions.
You can also see a list of users or groups (depending on which view is selected) along with their completion percentage.
Group approvals and assessments
The 'Group approvals and assessments' section is visible if you have any outstanding approvals or assessments to perform.
In this section, you can see the date the approval or assessment was requested, the approvers or assessors, and the course it relates to.
User engagement (Last 4 weeks)
The 'User engagement (Last 4 weeks)' section displays a list of your users or groups who have been active in the last four weeks.
You can view this information by users or groups. To change the view, click the drop-down arrow and select 'User' or 'Group' accordingly.
The information includes the number of active days and last login date for each of your users or the number of group members who have logged in.
Progress by course category
If you have set up course categories and assigned courses to them, the 'Progress by course category' section gives you a breakdown of progress against each of the categories with enrolled users who are yet to pass.
For more information about course categories, see 'Creating and assigning course categories'.
