Interview Guide Question Bank

The Question Bank is a centralised library of reusable interview questions, accessible from Settings > Question Bank. 

Over time, it becomes a valuable resource for your whole organisation, building up a library of vetted, categorised questions that any guide author can draw on.

Adding questions to the bank

Questions can be added to the bank from two places:

1. From the Interview Guide Editor, by clicking "Add to Question Bank" on any question card

2. Directly in the Question Bank using the "Add Question" button
