Transcript upload and AI analysis

Save time on post-interview documentation by uploading your interview transcript. Compono Assist generates an AI summary of the conversation and can produce a full AI-scored scorecard based on the transcript content.

At the bottom of the interview detail view go to the Interview Transcript section. From here you can paste your transcript text or upload a transcript file. The system records the file name and upload timestamp for reference.

 

After upload, the AI generates a structured summary of the interview broken down by topic. This gives you and your panel a clear overview of what was discussed without needing to re-read the full transcript.

 

Click "Generate AI Interview Score" to produce an AI-generated scorecard based on the interview guide questions and the transcript.

 

The score breakdown follows the same format as a manually completed scorecard: guide score, candidate-specific question score, and overall score.

This is useful for cross-referencing your panel's scores against what the AI observed in the transcript.
