Your Preferred Job Duties

Let us know what types of job duties motivate you at work and keep you engaged in the job.

Every job has different duties and responsibilities. Compono wants to help you find the job that best matches your preferences. Maybe you prefer promoting, selling and networking more than working with numbers, data or financial figures.

NOTE: Compono will never exclude you from a role based on your preferences. We merely communicate your information back to the hiring company.  

To complete the job duties preferences:

1. Go to the Your preferred work setting section
2. Click “Start” in the Your preferred job duties tile
3. Read the instructions, then click "Next"
4. Using the handle on the slider, slide the handle to demonstrate how much you like to perform each specific duty
5. Click “Next” when you are satisfied with your answer.
6. Complete all 18 questions
7. On the final question, click "Finish"
