Your Preferred Approach to Work

How do you like to approach work?

Everybody approaches work differently and to find a job where you will be happy means understanding how you work and what makes you successful. 

NOTE: Compono will never exclude you from a role based on your preferences. We merely communicate your information back to the hiring company. 

To complete the approach to work preferences:

1. Go to the Your preferred work setting section 
2. Click “Start” in the Your preferred approach to work tile
3. Read the instructions, then click ">"
4. For each question, click on the option that best describes you at work. The question will automatically move to the next question once you have selected an option
5. Complete both parts 1 AND 2
6. Click "Finish"

When you are done, you will be provided with an outline of your work type based on your responses.
