Share your qualifications and certifications with the employer
Add qualifications and certifications to your profile to be shared with an employer by filling out the information in the form. Add any qualifications that you have, even if you think they are irrelevant to the job you are applying for. This is important as it gives a broader overview of who you are as a person. We want to make sure we put the best version of you forward.
To add qualifications:
- Log in to your Compono account
- Click on the “Profile” option on the navigation bar at the top of the page
- Scroll down to the “Your work background" section
- Under "Qualifications and certifications", click on "Add >"
- Search for your qualification name in the clickable suggestions, or start typing in the text box labelled "Search for your qualification or certification"
- If you cannot find your specific qualification or certification, type in the full name and then select “create new qualification ...” (the first search suggestion)
- Search for and select the institution where you gained the qualification. If you cannot find your institution, select “Other”
- Input when you commenced and completed the qualification. If you are still completing it, select the checkbox “I'm currently completing”
- Click “Save”
Once you have saved one qualification, you can add more by repeating the same process starting at step 4 above. You can also go back and edit or delete previously saved qualifications. To delete a qualification, first click on the pencil icon to edit, then click on the rubbish icon to delete.
