Edit and re-schedule interview appointments created in Compono Hire
To edit or reschedule an interview for a job, you must have a role of Admin/Owner or have a Recruitment Manager role within the team that the job belongs to. You are able to edit/reschedule an interview until it starts. Once the interview starts, you won’t be able to modify anything for that interview.
- Click on the interview you want to edit from the candidate application view or the Interviews page (under the Hire menu from the left side navigation bar). The below video uses the Interviews page.
- You will be navigated to the interview details page. Click on the “Edit interview” button. The interview will be opened in editable view.
- You are able to change the date, time, location, meeting link, description, attachment, and add or delete interviewers.
- Once you click “Continue” you will be navigated to the default invitation message preview for the candidate with updated interview information. You are able to modify the subject and content of the message if required.
- Once you finish modifying the message for the candidate, click on the “Save & send message” button to send the updated interview invitation. You will see a confirmation message and the summary of the interview you have just created.
- Interviewers & candidates will receive a notification email for the updated invitation based on the change. This email will look similar to the example image below.
Note that the updated scheduled interview will require the participants to respond again if the changes made are related to date, time, duration, timezone, location, and meeting link.
