Viewing interviews in Compono Hire
Compono Hire allows you to view all the interviews (scheduled and unscheduled) for a candidate, for any specific team, job, or for the entire organisation. For any interviews where your attendance is pending confirmation, you are able to set your response for the interview.
View all interviews for a candidate
- Go to the candidate application view for the candidate you want to view all scheduled or unscheduled interviews.
- Click on the "Management" tab just under the candidate's personal details, and then the “Interviews” page from the Management Tools menu on the left.
- For each interview you will see a summary that displays the time, title, job role, and candidate’s name for the interview. You will also find the status of the participants’ responses.
If everyone has accepted the interview, then you will find “All accepted” as the status.
If the interview has been declined by any of the participants, you will find “Some declined” as the status.
If responses are pending for any of the participants, you will find “Some pending” as the status.
If you have been invited to the interview as an interviewer, click on the interview name to update your own response, or even edit or cancel the interview.
View all interviews for a team, job or for the entire organisation:
- Click on the “Interviews” page from the Compono Hire left side navigation bar. You will be navigated to the interviews page to view all the interviews for your organisation.
- Admins and owners will see all the scheduled interviews for all the jobs & teams within that organisation.
- Users with other roles will see all the interviews scheduled for the jobs that belong to their team.
- You can filter interviews based on date range, team, and job. To see only the interviews you have organised and have been invited to as an interviewer check the “Only my interviews” box.
